Settings to support various kinds of image system construction. Functions for using the display in public spaces are condense.
The colour temperature can be set (2600 K to 10,000 K). Natural colour tones are reproduced.
The colour temperature can be set within a wide range from 2600 K to 10,000 K. For instance, when images
are displayed on the panel behind the reporter on a news program, images on the display screen can be
projected in natural colours. It is not necessary to
make colour adjustments, which are troublesome
operations in an ordinary system.
The screen resoultion can be adjusted flexibly according to the input signals.
The Zoom mode is capable of changing image sizes if necessary. The image size can be changed not only in fixed diagonal ratios but also solely in the horizontal or vertical direction.

The Tile Matrix function offers smooth, high definition multi-screen display application.
In order to respond to the requirements for use in public areas, where a multi-screen display is frequently
applied, this display is designed to be installed in a configuration with up to 25* units (5 x 5). Furthermore,
the TILE COMP function complements the boundary between the bezels where images are difficult to connect
to display the entire image smoothly.
*LCD3210 supports a configuration with up to 16 units (4 x 4).
Multi-screen display with up to 25 units (5 x 5) is available.
With the Long Cable Correction function, signal deterioration can be corrected even with a long distance connection (approx. 100 m*1).
With the Equalizing function*2 correcting quality deterioration caused by loop-through on a long distance
cable, signal deterioration can be suppressed and colour shifting can be corrected even for a long distance
connection (up to approx. 100 m). This supports the sync-on-green connection frequently used by financial
institutes and the separate
synchronization signals for public
uses. Provides stable image
expression for any installation site.
*1 For the LCD3210, signal deterioration can be corrected manually for a long distance connection up to approx. 50 m.
*2 This is available only for the BNC input.
Correction using the Long Cable Correction function
Input signals are detected automatically in three modes Display signals can be switched automatically.
Input signals are automatically detected in three modes according to the system configuration. When an image output device is switched, labor for switching input signals can be reduced dramatically.
FIRST DETECT
Image signals input first are detected and displayed. If these image signals are not available, other input signals are automatically detected and displayed. (Supporting only RGB1/2/3)
LAST DETECT
Image signals input last are detected and displayed. If any other image signal is input after that, it is detected automatically and the display switches. (Supports only RGB1/2/3)
VIDEO DETECT
When signals are input through the DVD/HD connector or the VIDEO connector, the display automatically switches to DVD/HD or VIDEO even if there are input signals through the RGB1/2/3 connection.
The Self Diagnosis function detects failures from the host computer.
With the Self Diagnosis function, it is possible to detect failures or check the temperature conditions in the main unit. By transmitting detection data with the RS-232C, it is possible to provide remote control and centralized management from the host computer.
- Major content detected with the Self Diagnosis function
No lighting of the backlight due to failure on the inverter circuit (except for LCD3210)/Diagnosis of failed portions on the respective circuits/Increase of the temperature in the main unit/Conditions of the input signals.
A single host computer can manage multiple displays
Multi connection to multiple displays is available with the RS-232C. It is possible to change the settings on
the respective displays and diagnose them remotely (up to 26 units) from a single host computer. With this
connection, a single remote controller can control multiple displays collectively. For use in a public space
where many displays are often controlled centrally or at one location, this offers preeminent efficiency.
* LCD3210 does not support this function.
The Power On Delay function prevents overcurrent when starting operation.
When the power supplies of multiple displays are turned on at the same time as the circuit breaker, overcurrent may occur. The Power On Delay function prevents the overcurrent. By delaying the time for turning on the power supply to the respective displays (delay time can be set within a range from 0 to 50 seconds), the overcurrent phenomenon can be prevented.
With our unique Screen Saver function, stress on the LCD panel due to long-term use can be reduced significantly.
Different settings are employed to reduce the stress on the LCD panel due to long-term use. Settings are available for the cooling fan, selection of the gamma value that produces ghosting, motion function for minute adjustment of the screen in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the brightness adjustment to reduce the maximum brightness. The optimum settings can be selected according to the conditions of use and the location. Efficient operating environments can be configured.
