 |
| This easy to use projector with
the light compact body delivers amazingly high brightness of
3,000 ANSI lumens. With the advanced functions of 3D Reform,
Automatic Vertical Keystone Correction and Wall Colour Correction,
the VT770 can be installed anywhere you like. The projector
is equipped with a full set of input terminals, built-in stereo
speakers and security functions - prefect for education or business,
classrooms, presentations and meetings. |
|
| Easier
installation, Advanced 3D Reform |
| Trapezoidal distortions of images
projected from an angled position can easily be corrected by
combining the ordinary 3D Reform function and the automatic
vertical keystone correction function. |
|
When an image is projected from the left
|
- The projector senses its vertical inclination and corrects
projected images automatically. (Automatic keystone correction)With
this operation, both the right and left sides of the projected
image can be corrected to an almost right angle.
- Then align the shorter side of the image on the left to
a frame of the screen.
- When you press the "Horizontal" key of the "Keystone
Correction Menu", you can adjust the longer side of
the image to make both the top and bottom sides parallel
to obtain a square image.Since the ordinary keystone correction
function using the 4-point correction method is also available,
you can choose either method-whichever is easier to correct
images depending on the projection environment.
|
 |
|
| Wall
Colour Correction with 7 types of wall colour options can correct
images according to the wall colour, such as a blackboard, etc. |
| When projecting images on a classroom
blackboard without a screen, image colours will be tinged with
green. Since colour data for such occasions as projection on
a blackboard or a coloured wall were previously incorporated
in the VT770, colours and tones of projected images and characters
will be similar to ones that are projected on a white screen
if the "Blackboard Mode" is selected. In addition,
choose between 6 other types from the colour menu including
colours of walls or room partitions. |

|
| Multiple input terminals and built-in stereo speaker |
| Input terminals for two computer
systems (Mini D-Sub 15 Pin), component, video, S-video, and
audio are standard. Furthermore, the projector is equipped with
monitor output terminals (Mini D-Sub 15 pin) and audio output
terminals, and with the built-in 5W + 5W stereo speaker, high
quality images and sounds can be enjoyed. |
|
| Preset
function adjusts and stores specific colours |
| The Video Image Correction function
adjusts images according to the video source, such as presentations
or movies. Select one of five options for video image modes.
Up to five settings can be adjusted and stored in memory. |
|
| Viewer
function for projector only presentations |
Presentation documents from a
PC and stored on a flash memory card*1 or images from a digital
camera and stored on a flash memory card*2 can be reproduced
with the Viewer function, for presentations without a PC.
*1 Use commercially available PCMCIA Type II(ATA specification)
flash memory cards
*2 Some flash memory cards may not be available for reproducing.
|
|
|
|
| Security
Function |
The Key Lock function disables
the operation buttons so the unit can only be operated via the
remote control. Password protection prevents changes to the
settings* and the PC card authentication settings prevent anyone
from using the projector without authorization, which is effective
for preventing theft. Improper operation by students in a classroom
can also be prevented.

|
| Quick start & Quick shutoff |
| The quick start & quick shutoff
function means you can install or dismantle the projector without
delay. Fifteen seconds after turning on the power, the projector
is ready to project PC or video images. When you're finished,
the fan stops 10 seconds after turning off the power, so you
can dismantle the projector quickly after the conference or
class. |
