On April 1, 2007, NEC Viewtechnology, Ltd., which, as a member of the NEC Group., was responsible for the projector business, and NEC Display Solutions, Ltd., which, also as a member of the NEC Group., was responsible for the display monitor business, merged to form the new NEC Display Solutions, Ltd.
The new NEC Display Solutions, Ltd. inherits the entire catalog of imaging technologies with a history spanning half a century under the NEC Group and will continue to provide solutions with imaging and imaging-related equipment, including high-quality projectors and display monitors designed to inspire and satisfy our customers.
